Laser cutting/Punching
With our 8,000 and 6,000 watt fiber-optic state of the art lasers we can cut parts fast and with the highest degree of accuracy. The 8000W laser has a bed capacity of 60" wide x 120" long while our 6000W has a bed capacity of 82" wide x 162" long, cutting up to 3/4" thick both accurately and cost effectively. With these laser's speed capabilities we can fulfill large volume product runs efficiently and cost effectively. Our turret press offers intelligent components and smart functions for punch and forming capabilities for materials up to 10ga and 12' long at up to 1,600 strokes a minute that increases our productivity and process reliability . There is still a large demand for this machine and it can perform several operations that the lasers can not do.
Welding
We employ a professional welding staff that cover all of your welding needs. We have both MIG and TIG capabilities for various metal types including stainless steel, aluminum and mild steel. We also weld structural and pipe. We can spot weld mild steel and can roll in aluminum and mild steel
Forming
The forming department has (5) forming presses up to 13' long. We provide fast, accurate, and high quality forming.
Manual Center
Capabilities include sawing structural "I" beams, channels, tubing and pipe in aluminum, stainless steel and mild steel. We have drilling, tapping and iron worker capabilities. We deburr and paint prep as needed, everything that we produce.
Powder Coating
We provide full service powder coating in many colors and textures. We can put up to 24' through our powder coating oven.
Delivery
We operate (2) trucks and can deliver to areas in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. We also work with trucking companies to ship LTL as far away as California.
Quality Assurance
Our quality assurance department strives to make sure your parts are correct. We do quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure the highest quality parts are delivered.
